INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE
A fire or other emergency within our building can create unique problems for building management, building occupants and the fire department. Experience dictates that a safe and successful evacuation during an emergency situation is dependent upon thorough knowledge of emergency response and preplanning of evacuation procedures.
In order to establish an orderly plan of evacuation, each employee should become familiar with the building emergency evacuation plan.
In a fire or other emergency situations, occupants may have to rely upon their own knowledge and disciplined response to practices and procedures of self-survival.
To provide safe evacuation of this building, in the event of a fire, bomb threat, or other emergency, the procedures in this manual are to be followed unless otherwise directed by Police or Fire Department officials. All employees should follow the instructions of their Floor Warden.
Neither the Landlord (Brookwood Tamara Plaza Investors, LLC) nor the Building Management (Frederick Ross Company) makes any representation or warranty, express or implied, with respect to the building systems or the operation thereof.
Protection of your employees and the building is always forefront in the minds of the Management Team at Tamarac Plaza. We are pleased to have you as a tenant, and hope that you will put forth the effort necessary to enhance the safety and security of everyone at Tamarac Plaza.
