Those benefits include, but are not limited to:

Company Paid Medical Benefits - For full-time employees, Axis pays for 100% of employee medical insurance premium, as well as a significant portion of the premium for dependents.

Company Sponsored 401(k) Plan - All employees are eligible to participate after 6 months.

Life Insurance - Axis pays for life insurance on employees in the amount of 150% of annual salary.

Personal Time Off - Vacation and sick time are combined as Personal Time Off.

Eligible for membership in one of Colorado's largest credit unions.
