Those benefits include, but are not limited to:

Company Paid Medical Benefits - For full-time employees, Axis pays for 100% of employee medical and vision insurance premiums, as well as a significant portion of the premium for dependents. Dental insurance is also available.

Company Sponsored 401(k) Plan with Employer Match - All employees are eligible to participate after 6 months and are 100% vested in employer match after 18 months in the plan.

Life Insurance - Axis pays for life insurance on employees in the amount of 150% of annual salary.

Personal Time Off - Vacation and sick time are combined as Personal Time Off and paid as follows: 3 weeks after 1 year of service, 4 weeks after 5 years and 5 weeks after 10 years.

Eligible for membership in one of Colorado's largest credit unions.
